Andy Robertson assisted us for over a year with our house build. We were let down badly by our kit erectors but Andy jumped in and rescued the build! Subsequently he was involved right up to completion. Andy is a joy to work with having an unimtimidating, pleasant and friendly nature. He is conscientious and reliable, always on time – and gives excellent advice. He charges reasonable rates and completes excellent work being very conscientious with attention to detail, professional and always tidies up at the end! We bought The Willows in Daviot in November 2021. The house was originally constructed by Andy & his father as a 3-bedroom bungalow but with the option to convert the loft space into additional rooms. As we have a young family and both work from home on a regular basis, we took the decision to add additional rooms to the loft area. We added an additional upstairs living area, 2 additional bedrooms, a small cloakroom, and a workstation at the landing. We also had to modify an existing bedroom to accommodate the new stairs and modified the family bathroom. Andy agreed to organise all tradesmen & most of the materials. The quality of the workmanship throughout the project was first class. There was absolutely no issue with any of the contractors that Andy arranged. Andy is extremely thorough in everything he does and is very competitively priced for the standard of work that Andy prides himself on providing. If anyone is considering any type of joinery or construction work Robertson Joinery should be your first choice!
